In this scene, a helpless slave is tightly bound to a flat table or vertical restraint chair, with their arms immobilized horizontally or pulled straight up over their head. The dominant master uses their fingers to aggressively scratch, poke, and stroke the sensitive skin of the underarms, alternating between light fluttering touches and heavy clawing or digging motions directly into the center of the underarms. Due to the full restraint, the slave cannot pull away or block the hands, forcing them to endure continuous tickling without a break. The physical and emotional responses are intense laughter, wide open mouths, bared teeth, heavy squinting or tightly shut eyes, frantic writhing, gasping for air, and struggling against the cuffs as the laughter borders on distress.
