Never let it be said that the British judicial system is anything less than perfect and one of those trying to keep it that way is her Honour Judge Sarah Stern. She is well known for her fairness and impartiality, everyone who comes before her is guilty and thats that. In this another case for Judge Sarah Stern, she is called upon to sort out a dispute between the two arresting police officers Dilon and Mila and the prisoner Bella who has multiple charges against her. The way the trial is going it could end up with them all getting some very red bottoms but in this first part of the film we see that Bella has been sentenced to a bare bottom spanking to be carried out by officer Dilon. She has to go over the uniformed officers knees for this humiliating spanking but what more is to come.
